Curbside ordering for a busy café

At busy times the counter became the bottleneck. Queues put customers off, phone orders tied up staff, and there was no easy way to serve people who wanted to grab and go without coming inside.

We built a curbside ordering system. Customers order and choose a collection time from their phone, then tell the café when they've arrived. Orders appear instantly on a staff screen in the order they need preparing, and staff bring them straight out to the car.

Customers can order ahead, choose a collection time and skip the counter queue altogether. Orders land on the staff screen in the order they need making, and go straight out to the car.
